1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

2. How much does shipping cost?
To enhance your shopping experience, Maison Radieuse offers free shipping in France.
3. Do you ship internationally?
No, for now, we only ship to addresses located in France & the United States.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
5. How do I return an item?

Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
6. Can I exchange an item?
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us by email to arrange the exchange.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours after placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, it will be no longer possible to modify the address.
Both conditions apply – whichever occurs first.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct at the time of purchase.

9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If you believe your package was damaged during transport, please report it to us within 3 business days of receipt.
To process your request, we may ask you for a photographic proof of the damaged item.
After evaluation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or a credit for confirmed damages.
