We collaborate with reliable carriers in France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Poland, notably:

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Address change:

Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the address. Both conditions apply, whichever occurs first.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

Shipping cancellation policy:

You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours after purchase.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Policy regarding packages damaged during transport:

If you notice that the package is damaged during transport, please inform us within 3 business days after receiving your order.
