Return and Refund Policy – Maison Radieuse

Thank you for shopping at Maison Radieuse. If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day return policy. To return your order, please follow the instructions below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Procedure

Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

You must always contact us beforehand to obtain a return authorization and the exact address to use.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled.

If you still wish to cancel after this period, you will need to wait to receive the package and then request a return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Defective or Damaged Items: we only exchange items that are defective or damaged during transport.
    If you want an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email to arrange the exchange process.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at  support@maisonradieuse.com or via our contact form here.

Once the item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.

After inspection, we will immediately inform you of the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, we will process the refund via your original payment method (excluding promotional items).

You will receive the amount within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
